At this point, it is highly unlikely that Undertaker will be returning in time for SummerSlam. The current target date for his return is the September pay-per-view on the 13th, Breaking Point. Likewise, Shawn Michaels is expected to return at SummerSlam.
-- As reported earlier, a very late decision was made to not put ZZ Top in front of the live audience for the one late segment in the car to show they were actually there. Instead, all of their segments were pre-taped in the afternoon. To show how late the decision was made, Dusty Rhodes was brought in do something with them on the show, but it was ultimately nixed because they didn't want to risk putting ZZ Top in front of the live crowd.
-- In attendance figure news, last Saturday's Raw brand house show in Aiken, South Carolina drew a sellout crowd of 4,000 fans. Also, Sunday's SmackDown/ECW house show in Greenville, South Carolina drew 4,500 fans.
