Kenzo Suzuki may be fueled by hate, but big-match Billy Gunn came ready to rumble. Early, Gunn had the answer to every Suzuki assault -- displaying his experience and guile. But after Suzuki eluded the Fameasser, the tide dramatically turned.

Suzuki employed a sequence of running knees, thrusts and kicks, ripping into Gunn. And after a low blow went undetected by the referee, Gunn's hopes for victory evaporated: Suzuki loaded up and delivered a modified backbreaker, which incapacitated Gunn. The pin soon followed.
