Commonly known as Latino heat, famous for his quotes "Viva la Raza" & "Lie Cheat
& Steal". Enters with Latino style cars [ different types of cars for different type of
Smack down shows].
Brother of Chavo Gurerro classic[ former cruiser weight champion], has played
wrestling for decades, as teamed up with both Chavo Gurerro's [Dad & son] to hold
tag titles, also won a lot of tag title with Chris benoit.

Like Chris benoit had to wait a lot of years to claim a WWE title shot [indeed waited
for more than 17 years in the field], finaly got a chance against Brock Lesner on "No
Way Out 2004" after winning the 15 man over the top rumble on the previous month
smack down. Didnt let slip the opportunity and won the title in style.

Shook everyone by surprise when he defended his title successfully against no.1
contender Kurt Angle on "Wrestle Mania 2004", also defended his title against John
Bradshaw Lay field in the next smack down PPV. Even though Eddie's matches don't
prominently figure on all time top 50 matches he still has played a lot of matches
that got excellent ratings among WWE fans.

His favoured opponent : Edge & Angle.
Played a series of matches against Edge on 2002 & won almost all of his matches
except for the ladder match, inspite of losing the match Eddie's fame rised among the
fans for his excellent display of wrestling skills.

Eddie is mainly famous for his tag title earlier in his career, specially with his long
time friend Chris Benoit, these two guys played together almost on all brands of
wrestling like ECW,ACW,WWF,NWA,WCW & WWE.
Became the first guy to hold the United states championship title which was re
introduced on 2003 only to lose it to Big show later the year. Held 2 titles at the same
time when he held "United states championship" as well as "WWE tag team" titles.

Also famous for his chit chats, Latino cars, humours & Latin quotes, he described
Wrestle Mania 2004 as the best day of his life for 2 reasons one for defending his title
against Angle & other to see his close friend winning the long awaited title of "World
Heavy weight championship".

Eddie's fame is rising day by day and who knows may end up in the list of top 50
wrestlers all time. Lets wait and see how his progress moves from here on.
