In his last ppv the one against Bigshow in the Punjabi Prison match he did really struggle, like the commentary said he no longer looked the same, one has to understand having played many Hell in the cell matches, steel cage matches, battling out stardom opponents gonna wear him out for sure.
Its time now for wwe to close down the deadman character with a last run on coming wrestle mania 07. But I would rather say He should win the title and hold for a bit long time and get defeated by a bigger monster like Khali and then retire.
