Various simple ways of doing it.
Proper Diet
Avoid junk foods, fast foods, fried foods.
Stop drinking Alcoholic drinks
Try eating more of baked foods, take more Fruits [Specially Apples & Mangoes] and vegetables.
Try eating more greens [Like spinach, coriander, etc.,] .
Hydrating your body
Try hydrating your body as much as you can. The simplest of hydrating is taking loads of water in regular intervals. Water helps removing fats from the body. When taking a drink make sure there is no much articifiacl flavour added in it.
Aloe Vera juices helps in immense hydration.
Dressing properly
Don't wear shorts or pant very tightly to the tummy, as it will lead to bulking the tummy. Try wearing more of loose clothes, or tight it on bone areas like hip and not on bone less areas.
Mobilising your body
When you do more of sitting job make sure to take a walk in every particular interval.
Try Cycling in the morning and the evening [proper Cycling and not GYM Cycling].
If not cycling Jogging in the morning an extended session, for older people walking is a fine alternative.
Proper excretion
Make sure proper excretion is done, should be done atleast twice a day, One in the morning & one in the night really helps, as it removes most toxic items from the body.
Also use the toilets more oftern by drinking more water.
Improve your muscles, as they will burn the fats by themselves.
Do some weights, like Bench press, shoulders & fore arems.
Simplest form of exercise includes Pullups & Pushups.
Try to have skipping routine.
Do some abdomen exercise like lying and rising
